Bore Welder BW-830 Smart

The Smart Weld BW-830 is a full-featured MIG bore welding system designed for ID and AD welding and repair. The 38 – 762 mm (1.5 – 30 in) drilling range is industry leading. Stepping technology allows a complete first and last pass of the hole, unlike spiral welders.

Pre-programmed modes for circular, segmental and interval welding increase productivity, while automatic speed calculations prevent costly machining errors. The BW-830 works with your existing wire feeder, meaning everything you used to do by hand can now be automated.
